Introducing Step Into Vision Office Hours

A regular meeting where visionOS developers and designers can connect and support one another.

Short version: Meeting every Friday at 2: PM (Eastern US), we will discuss visionOS development and solve technical and design issues.

Overview

The ideas to create a place where we can support each other. Generally, I’d like to keep the discussion technical and focused around the projects we are working on. But nerds will be nerds and the conversation may stray away from just writing code.

Details

• Time: Every Friday at 2:00 PM (Eastern US)
• Duration: The meeting will generally last 1.5 to 2 hours.
• Venue: Zoom (unless otherwise noted)

How to join

We share meeting info in a private community group on LinkedIn. Please join the group if you would like to attend. We’ll be exploring other options in the future.

Rules and guidelines

1. Technical priority: Anyone stuck on a technical issue gets priority. Raise your hand or DM Joseph. You are always welcome to send questions ahead of time. You can also post the Step Into Vision group on LinkedIn.
2. This is not content: This is a conversation among peers and colleagues. No recording, no AI note taking bots.
3. Don’t be a jerk: Be kind and respectful of all attendees or be removed from the meeting.
4. Attend when you can: There is no expectation that you attend every meeting or show up “on time”. Drop in whenever you have the chance.
