All content on Step Into Vision — including articles, tutorials, guides, example code, videos, podcast episodes, and live sessions such as Office Hours — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical consulting advice.

While we strive for accuracy, visionOS and related Apple technologies change frequently. We cannot guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free. User Conduct

When you interact with Step Into Vision — whether by leaving comments, submitting forms, participating in Office Hours, submitting events to our calendar, or joining our Discord community — you agree to:

  • Be respectful and constructive in all interactions.
  • Not post or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of others.
  • Not use the site to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited promotions.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content and to restrict or terminate access to any of our services or community spaces at our discretion, with or without notice.

Community Participation

Step Into Vision operates community spaces including but not limited to a Discord server and live Office Hours sessions. Participation in these spaces is a privilege, not a right. We may establish separate community guidelines for specific spaces, and those guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Membership in the Step Into Vision Discord community is by application and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

User-Submitted Content

When you submit content to Step Into Vision — including comments, event submissions, form responses, or feedback — you grant Step Into Vision a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and publish that content in connection with the site and our community. You retain ownership of your submitted content, but you acknowledge that publicly submitted content (such as comments) will be visible to other visitors.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.

Third-Party Services and Content

Step Into Vision uses and links to third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • WordPress.com and Jetpack for hosting and site analytics
  • YouTube for embedded video content
  • Podcast platforms for audio distribution
  • Discord for community interaction
  • Apple Developer documentation and resources

These services have their own terms of use and privacy policies. Step Into Vision is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services. When you interact with embedded content or follow links to external sites, you are subject to their respective terms.

Availability and Changes
